Kiefer - Memory Bomb

Kiefer’s jazz piano fluency and beat-making touch sit at the centre of the distinctive style he calls “over the breaks.” On his Blue Note debut, Memory Bomb, the pianist and producer brings that approach into sharp focus with a rich, collaborative feel.

Across the record, Kiefer works with a wide-ranging cast including Carrtoons, Shibo, Cisco Swank, Nate Smith, Walter Smith III, Erick the Architect, Planet Giza, and more, shaping a debut that feels open, inventive, and deeply rooted in rhythm.
